29 students slaughtered by Boko Haram men

An attack was launched today on students of the Federal Government College BUni Yadi, at Yobe state, killing 29 of them. The men suspected in this attak are said to be members of an Islamic Sect,  Boko Haram  group. 

According to withnesses, the attack took place in the early hours, the men invaded the school while the students where sleeping in their hostel, slaughtering them. Apparently, guns where not used in this attack as it normal practice for the Sect to use machets and avoid waking people's attention during the process. 

May God help the parents of these students cope at this hurtful time. RIP to all victims.

Where is the current Ivorian President Alassane Ouattara? questions asked by many since he was admitted in a France based hospital where he under went an operation that took 3hours to complete.  Since his admission, no one has said anything about his health status (either negative or positive). Therefore, for this main reason,  it rumoured that he may be dead or still alive...?

Laurent Gbagbo appeared before ICC for crimes against humanity

The former Ivorian leader Mr Gbagbo appeared in good health as presiding judge Silvia Fernandex de Gurmendi opened the confirmation of charges hearing. Judges will decide whether there is enough evidence to try him for masterminding a bloody election standoff two years ago.

According to the telegraph.co.uk article published on the 19th Ferbruary this year, Mr Gbagbo, 67, faces four counts of crimes against humanity including murder and rape for fomenting a wave of violence which swept the west African nation after he refused to concede defeat in November 2010 presidential polls.

Tensions are still high in the West African nation, around 200 Gbagbo loyalists staged a protest in The Hague on Tuesday morning, calling for their leader to be freed.

"We're here because today president Gbagbo is to appear before the ICC even though he's a democratically elected president and the charges against him should be for Alassane Ouattara," said Hubert Seka, 43, who travelled from Italy.

On Saturday, riot police in Ivory Coast fired tear gas to disperse another pro-Gbagbo demonstration outside the commercial capital Abidjan.

In The Hague, prosecutors and the defence are to spend just over a week arguing their cases before a three-judge bench, who will then decide if there are "substantial grounds to believe that Gbagbo committed the crimes" and should be charged.

The prosecution says Mr Gbagbo spearheaded a plan to "stay in power by all means... through carefully planned, sustained and deadly attacks" against Ouattara supporters.

Efemi Kwenti Muna, the only son of the Cameroon's Minister of Art and Culture was finally put to rest

After the uncertainty surrounding the identity of victims of traffic accident that occurred on the morning of Saturday, February 8, 2014 on the axis Yaounde - Soa , the mystery is now up on the names of casualties.

The Minister of Arts and Culture finally was declared to have lost her only son in a tragic traffic accident which occurred on the night of 7 to 8 February 2014 on the road Yaounde - Soa . police say, it was after a night out that the tragedy occurred , endangering the lives of five young and vibrante adults in a vehicle Mercedes ML 367 registered EC FA .

Efemi Kwenti Muna and two other youth, appointed Mekok Kafanish William Alexander 25, and Wong Abath Florentin 31 years, died on the spot. The other two , the driver and a young girl were transported to a hospital emergency room .

Ofcourse, the most famous of all is the young student  Efemi Kwenti Muna, because of the high profile positions held by his parent in the government of the Republic of Cameroon .

Concordant testimonies from family and friends ,who call him  " Fremy " his first name , described him as a humble boy, deleted and respectful. He leaves an orphan , a five months male.

Cameroon's Minister of Arts and Culture's son killed in a road accident

Blood flowed abundantly in the early Saturday, February 8, 2014 on the axis Yaounde - Soa , precisely at a place called Fougerol . This was as a result of a serious traffic accident that took the lives  of three people.

Eyewitnesses reported they saw a vehicle traveling at breakneck hitting three power poles . While the five occupants of the vehicle were trying to get out of the wrecked car , a truck company Hysacam also rolling briskly came literally crashing three of them including a motorcycle driver who was passing by .

To believe these witnesses, one of the victim was the son of Ama Tutu Muna,  Cameroon's Minister of Arts and Culture.  At the time it was premature to conclude that it was really the son of the minister. But the only indication true was  an envelope in the car actually bearing the name of Ama Tutu Muna; showing one of the victims had  a relationship with the minister. 

But as investigations went on during the day, it was later confirmed the Minister's son was indeed one of the victims. 

In all likelihood, the occupants of the crashed car brand RAV 4 367 registered EC FA, were returning from a very wet night and would have taken one or more drinks."said a source from the police Soa who was on the scene of the accident that morning. 

According to a close source of Empower Success In Africa, the son of Ama Tutu Muna's body will be removed on Thursday in Yaounde and then taken to Ngyen - Mbo village, the department of Momo, Northwest region Friday, on February 14, 2014  were he will finally be put to rest.

Horrific: A man cuts a human's head for a promise to travel abroad

I dont know how far this story is true, but from rumour, a brother murdered his other brother for a promise of a better life in the western world.
