Sexy Ghanaian TV host and actress, Joselyn Dumas was all ready to invade Nollywood when she arrived in Nigeria for the Nigerian entertainment and lifestyle publication over the weekend. She made an entrance looking all smiley and beautiful in her tight fitting dress from She by Bena.
At the event, the talented beauty clearly made her objectives heard when she humbly received two awards for her ‘stellar contribution to the movie and media industry in Africa’ and her ‘tremendous growth as an actress in the movie industry’; this was all her honour in a special event at the Exclusive Lounge in Lagos, Ikoyi.
During her acceptance speech, Joselyn Dumas said the following: “I believe I’m known more in Ghana than across the continent because my TV show is local. ‘Adams Apples’ has, and is continuing to put me on the map and I’m looking to do more movies with Nollywood and the rest of Africa”
From this speech, it is evident she was humbled by the occasion as her gratitude comes across very sound. She added that the surprising honour would urge her to work harder to achieve greater heights in African cinema and media. She also expressed her hope as to the fact that, she wishes the awards mark her introduction to Nollywood, to showcase her talent beyond her well-known performance in the ‘Adam’s Apples’ movie series.
Joselyn is very close to her fans, and takes them to heart wherever she goes in Africa. This time was no different, as the loving and caring actress interacted with fans, not forgetting the media through which she uses to reach out to the beloved loyal supporters.
