Nigeria's First Lady, Patience Jonathan, is been reported to be battling an onset of
Parkinson's disease that has complicated her recovery from the last surgical
procedure she had in Germany.
According to interviews with three sources
familiar with Mrs. Jonathan's health status, it was discovered the
Nigerian president's wife is beset by Parkinson's disease; this is a
progressive degenerative syndrome disorder of the central nervous system.
Such can lead to progressive impairment and disorder of movement as the ill person progressively losses control of their muscle. the general characteristics is usually trembling of the limbs and head while at rest,
stiffness, slowness, and impaired balance. As symptoms worsen, it may
become difficult to walk, talk, and complete simple tasks.
