I dont known if I should say this but I really feel for this girl: the EX of Cameroonian most successful soccer player . Just a quick recap: after 7years of relationship, someone decided to publish naked pictures of her on the virtual space. It is however important to note that; the only person in possession of these naked pictures according to her was: the big 9 Eto'o Fils

 Ever since the controversy broke out, the big 9 has dinied any involment in the leakage of these pictures. The exposure of this pictures to the public have since damaged Nathalie's reputation. To fight back, Nathalie Koah decided to write a book which she named "REVENGE PORN". this book was to be published officially the 18th of this month followed by an international book tour. To everyone's greatest supprise the sale in France and Cameroon was suspended following a court decision. Reasons being that; many's privacy were not respected in the book.

Here is my take: In no circumstance should a judge from a developed world refuse the sale of her book under the pretext of infringing Eto'o s privacy; this is crazy. Where has freedom of speech law gone to. Like she said in one of her video published on her official facebook page wall Click here for link, the big 9 need to own up to his part of misconduct and should stop using all means he has to stop her from saying her side of the story. I damp think she is right...


It is no doubt all this media scandal makes me truly feel sorry for Georgette the big 9's official wife. Nevertheless I don't feel sorry for the big 9 himself.  And I think the big 9 should genuinely leave the hell of Natalie Koah alone and or atleast own up to have released those pics of her and eventually appologise.

Although the sale of her book was suspended, she recently traveled  to France to attend series of interviews with reputable TV stations like: France24, BFWTV, le Monde and many others. Not to forget radio stations and interview with multiple french and Cameroon diaspora bloggers. She also got interview with popular magazines such as Closer.

I rekon it is hard to live a life full of persecutions from the public but, from all her posts on her facebook page, she is truely sorry and wishes people; especially younger girls learn from her story and be more careful in life.

Nevertheless she is not ready to stop her battle for justice anytime soon and isnt ready to hide as most want her to. She is strong enough!. To show this, she pasted this quote from Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie below:

World’s Oldest President still in power!, Robert Mugabe Celebrates His 92nd Birthday

Forgive me for my strong words but just announcing that the World’s Oldest President, Robert Mugabe Celebrates His 92nd Birthday. The Zimbabwean President Robert Mugabe turns 92 last weekend and is expected to celebrate his birthday in a grand event estimated to cost R12 million this weekend.

If I recall, last year the world’s oldest leader, celebrated his birthday with a massive feast, and it was gathered that several elephants were slaughtered.

Ironic enough today Sunday, state media lauded Mugabe for his leadership since independence from Britain in 1980, while as it should... the opposition urged him to consider stepping down.

According to its 16-page special birthday supplement, the Sunday Mail described Mugabe as a “doyen of pan-Africanism”. Hmmm...really, is he???!!!

Cameroonians dieing while crissing from morocco to europe

So sad even if they were not Cameroonians, we are all Africans. According to the post beliw, they died on the way when trying to cross over from Morocco into Europe.

Following another raid by the Moroccan auxiliary in the shelters of migrants in Castillejos/Fnideq near Ceuta, two young Cameroonians died from suffocation or burns, according to reports.
‘According to the Spanish NGO Caminando Fronteras, yesterday around 10:30 the auxiliary forces started an operation to dislodge Sub-Saharan migrants who had taken refuge in the caves situated behind the hotel Ibis close to the border with Ceuta. According to the NGOs, the authorities lit a fire to try to dislodge the migrants from the caves.

Very sad indeed.

Jeudi 18 février, Nathalie Koah publiera Revenge Porn, un ouvrage dans lequel elle retracera son histoire d’amour secrète avec Samuel Eto’o. Dans les pages de son livre, la jeune femme accable le footballeur et révèle des détails choquants de leur intimité. Non Stop People vous en dit plus.

En juillet 2014, Samuel Eto’o se retrouvait au cœur d’un scandale. En effet, son ex-compagne Nathalie Koah l’attaquait en justice. Le footballeur était alors accusé de "traite de personne, outrage privé à la pudeur, publications obscènes, proxénétisme, menaces sous conditions, chantage et déclarations mensongères". En plus clair, l’international camerounais aurait partagé sur la Toile des clichés très osés de Nathalie Koah. Selon la jeune femme, Samuel Eto’o aurait été le seul à être en possession de ses photos...et par conséquent le seul à avoir pu les divulguer sur les réseaux sociaux. "Les spécialistes de la cybercriminalité sont à l’oeuvre pour pouvoir déterminer exactement l’origine de ces photos et éventuellement l’auteur de la mise en ligne, mais notre cliente nous a confirmé de manière péremptoire qu’il n’y a que Samuel Eto’o qui détenait ses photos", avaient dans la foulée déclaré les avocats de Nathalie Koah.

Plus d’un an après, Nathalie Koah publiera Revenge Porn, un ouvrage dans lequel elle retrace son idylle secrète avec le footballeur, évoquant au passage les dérives du sexe et de l’argent dans le milieu footballistique. Alors que le livre ne sortira en librairies que le 18 février, Koaci, un média africain, s’en est procuré un exemplaire et a partagé sur son site quelques extraits. Nathalie Koah y dévoile ainsi "la face cachée de Samuel Eto’o". Marié à Georgette Eto’o depuis 2007, le footballeur -qui créait la surprise en payant la caution du rappeur Rohff- aurait fricoté pendant près de sept ans avec Nathalie Koah, à qui il promettait une vie de "strass et paillettes". Seulement, la jeune femme n’a pas tardé à déchanter en découvrant le côté "pervers" du footballeur, comme elle l’a écrit dans les pages de son ouvrage : "Il vous garde dans son escarcelle. Il vous fait croire que vous êtes différente des autres. Il y a ceux qui vous prennent et vous jettent comme un Kleenex. Samuel considère les femmes comme un mouchoir de tissu : il vous use et vous réutilise jusqu’à la déchirure". The African Union wishes to redraw from the International Criminal Court (ICC)

Do you agree with this proposal?! Because I do...after reading different arguments. The African Union has adopted, without amendments, a proposal by President Uhuru Kenyatta to develop a roadmap for withdrawal from the Rome Statute. Speaking during the 26th AU Summit meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, President Kenyatta said he was disappointed by the way cases brought before the International Criminal Court (ICC) were handled. He said the court had subjected him and Deputy President William Ruto to “cases built with weak investigations and pursued with politicised zeal.”

President Kenyatta earlier faced crimes against humanity charges at the court but his case was terminated in March 2015 after prosecutor Fatou Bensouda (picture below)withdrew the charges against him due to lack of sufficient evidence supported by Africa, is no longer a court for all."Ethiopian Foreign Minister Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus was speaking on behalf of the African Union (AU) at the 14th session of the Assembly of States Parties.

Importantly, 123 countries that have signed up to the ICC's founding Rome statute because they believed THE COURT WAS SETUP TO TRY THE WORLD'S WORST CRIMES, INCLUDING GENOCIDE. The AU has accused the court of unfairly targeting Africans for prosecution, as the majority of its cases come from the continent

Replying to criticism about the large number of African cases in the court, Bensouda said it was true that all cases on trial were from Africa and that all the people in the dock were also from Africa. But she said that "all cases with the exception of Kenya, Sudan and Libya, were at the request of African states asking for the ICC's intervention."

Elizabeth Evenson, Senior Counsel in HRW's International Justice Program, told DW the reason why that criticism has gained traction, or may have some appeal, is because there are double standards at work in the delivery of international justice. "It is unfortunately true that officials of powerful countries, or officials of countries allied with powerful countries, are less likely to face justice than officials of some other countries.

Cameroon's Former Minister of Secondary Education , Louis BAPES BAPES , died early this morning

Former Minister of Secondary Education , Louis BAPES BAPES , died early this morning at the General Hospital of Yaounde from an undisclosed illness. After spending over a decade at the head of this ministry , he was replaced during the ministerial reorganization which took place October 2nd last year. He was under prosecution by l’opération épervier which resulted in a 24hours questioning at the famous Nkodengui prison Yaounde. 

 

Louis Mbapes Mbapes benefitted from his Parliamentary immunity and was granted temporary bail pending further investigation. Before prosecuting, it is necessary that the immunity be removed, usually by a superior court of justice or by the parliament itself. Meaning he was still a minister at the time of his arrest yesterday. Louis Mbapes Mbapes is the first Minister ever in Cameroon to have gone through such. 

 

What a mistake right?????? Anyway he is dead now...Not withstanding I strongly believe Cameroon has so much ambiguity in its judical system; but I certainly not agree with the ICC.

Nathalie Koah tells her story with Samuel Eto’o in a book

It is not certain that the war between the former lovers Helene Nathalie Koah and Samuel Eto’o Fils will stop anytime soon. The young woman who nevertheless promised to draw a line under the strong jolt, has concluded seven-year relationship with the “pichichi” demonstrates that she has not finished with her “executioner” by returning to their love story in a book.In the book “Revenge Porn” to be published February 18, 2016. French Justice minister Christiane Taubira resigned this Wednesday

Is she a victime or victor??? Are you fund of french politics?? Then you should know this woman for whom I have had a lot of admiration for her leadership skills: heading one of France’s toughest position justice minister, she resigned this Wednesday, after clashing with the Socialist government of President François Hollande over its proposal to amend the constitution to allow authorities to strip some homegrown terrorists of their nationality. Her name:Christiane Taubira “agreed on the need to put an end to her mandate as the debate on the constitutional amendment opens in Parliament today,” the president’s office said. For François Hollande, Taubira’s departure also marks the loss of a key figure on the left of his government at a time when he is trying to rally a fragmented Socialist party behind him for a bid for reelection in the presidential race next year.

Taubira, who was criticised by the right for the same-sex marriage law and accused by them of not being hardline enough on justice, had often faced racist taunts from far-right sympathisers. At one rally, children had waved bananas at her. A municipal election candidate for the far-right Front National was forced to withdraw in 2013 after likening her to a monkey on Facebook. She later told Libération that racist attacks “were an attack on the heart of the republic”.Taubira has been replaced by the Brittany MP Jean-Jacques Urvoas, who, as president of the parliamentary laws commission, has been helping Hollande to craft the constitutional changes.
